“Who are the Board of Directors?”
The FRHOA Board of Directors is made up of homeowners just like you. They volunteer their time to make sure our neighborhood remains a great place to live and that our property values are protected. They also serve as a liaison between all of the homeowners and the local county organizations. The Board has nine members, each serving a three year term. Elections are held at the October Annual Homeowners Meeting (first Thursday of October at 7:30 pm) and any homeowner whose dues are current is eligible to run for office. If you are interested, contact the Board President at president@forest-ridge.org or just show up at the October meeting and nominate yourself for a position.
